Arrested at University of Washington’s
Violent, Pro-Hamas Riots
LUISA GUADALUPE ORTEGA SUBDIAZ
Luisa Guadalupe Ortega Subdiaz was one of 30 pro-Hamas radicals were arrested at the University of Washington in Seattle after causing nearly $1 million worth of damage to property and sent one university staffer to the hospital.
The takeover involved barricades, black-clad protesters, and a dumpster fire used as a barrier against police.
The group behind the destruction, Super UW, claimed it was marking the anniversary of the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, which it described as a “heroic victory,” by occupying the Interdisciplinary Engineering Building.
According to local news outlet KOMO News, “doors were pulled off hinges, others were glued shut, machine manufacturing tools worth thousands of dollars were broken and smashed and a Boeing mural – with fresh paint and signage – was defaced.”
